Yes. While every wedding film carries its own visual language, my approach is primarily documentary. I don’t arrive with a predetermined storyline or a shot list that forces the day into a template. Instead, I observe, listen, and allow the narrative to reveal itself through real interactions, emotions, conversations, and moments as they happen.
I don’t begin with a vision of what your story should be. Before the wedding, I take time to get to know you and understand your relationship. But when the day arrives, I stay open to what unfolds naturally. The atmosphere, the people around you, the unexpected moments, and the emotions of the day all become part of the narrative. Every film is shaped from what was genuinely experienced, not from a formula.

Always. When you book Fragments Collection, you’re booking me and my creative perspective. For most weddings, I work alongside a trusted second filmmaker. Having a second perspective allows us to document different moments simultaneously while maintaining the same unobtrusive approach throughout the day. For intimate weddings and elopements, I often work alone. A smaller presence allows me to blend naturally into the environment and preserve the intimacy of the experience without adding unnecessary attention. The people I work with are not random associates. They are filmmakers I know personally, trust completely, and carefully choose based on their character, professionalism, and ability to move through a wedding day with sensitivity and care. No matter the size of the team, I remain your main point of contact and personally oversee every part of the creative process, including the editing of your films.
Very little. I believe the most meaningful moments happen when people feel comfortable enough to forget the camera is there. During portraits, I may offer gentle guidance when needed, but I never force poses, reactions, or emotions. My goal is to create space for genuine moments rather than manufacture them.
Quietly and attentively, I blend into the rhythm of the day, observing rather than interrupting. This allows people to relax, be present, and interact naturally with one another. Many couples tell me they barely noticed the camera, which is exactly how I like it.
Destination weddings are a significant part of my work, particularly throughout Italy, Spain, France, Croatia, and other European destinations. From Tuscan villas and Spanish fincas to French châteaux, coastal retreats, and intimate countryside celebrations, I regularly travel to document weddings in places that carry a strong sense of atmosphere and character. Travel within Europe is included in my collections, while weddings outside Europe are quoted individually based on location and logistics. I typically arrive before the wedding to become familiar with the surroundings, settle into the rhythm of the place, and ensure everything feels effortless once the celebration begins.
Our process begins with a conversation. Once we’ve connected and confirmed that we’re a good fit, your date is secured with a signed agreement and a 30% retainer. Because I accept a limited number of weddings each year, dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Music is one of the most important storytelling tools in the editing process. Every track is personally selected and professionally licensed. Rather than following trends, I search for music that complements the atmosphere, pacing, and emotional rhythm of your story. Couples trust me with this process, and I take that trust seriously.
Delivery typically takes between 10 and 25 weeks, depending on the chosen film package, season and the complexity of the story. The editing process goes far beyond selecting beautiful visuals. Every film is carefully crafted through narrative development, sound design, music selection, color grading, and the thoughtful weaving together of hundreds of small moments that make the story feel cohesive and true to the experience. Because of this, I don’t rush the process. Most couples receive their films within 2 to 5 months after their wedding day. For couples who would like their films sooner, an Express Edit option may be available.
Your films are delivered through a private online gallery where they can be viewed, downloaded, and shared with family and friends. A physical keepsake delivery is always an option.
In the unlikely event of a serious emergency or force majeure situation, I have a trusted network of experienced filmmakers and industry professionals who can step in if necessary. Your wedding would never be left without support, and I would do everything possible to ensure continuity and care throughout the process.
